App-able canons aren't limited by this list! Don't see the canon you're interested in? Let us know! We'll be more than happy to discuss it and see whether or not it's appropriate for this game.



Note: The listed canons are acceptable due to their ability to fit into the WDA world and their ratings. No canon that blatantly changes the WDA world (Ex: Harry Potter and assuming everyone around the globe has wizards living among them in secret), uses mod-reserved characters (Mickey and Co. and the characters that regularly interact with them), and/or pushes/is over the PG-13 rating will be allowed.

Shows must be drama-driven as opposed to comedy-driven (Ex: Gargoyles would be acceptable while Bonkers wouldn't). We request this simply due to the fact that drama-driven characters have continuous character growth in their canons while most comedy-driven characters remain the same despite the multitude of episodes. Due to the nature of this game, we need characters whose set characterization allows them to react to the Black Mist and its dangers without making a joke of it all.

YOU’VE GOT MAIL

Inexplicable darkness -deemed by the public as the "Black Mist"- has encroached on civilizations around the world. People, animals, even whole city blocks have disappeared in its wake. Attempts to find a means to destroy it and reverse the damage were halted and sabotaged by the oddly terrifying creatures known only as Strangelings... beings who only appear inside the inexplicable Mist. Thousands upon thousands have become victims to the mysterious phenomena, and the world has been thrown into upheaval. Determined to stop the chaos and return the world to its relatively peaceful state, Mickey Mouse established and opened Walt Disney Academy. Its goal? To find a way to stop and destroy the Mist before it engulfs the entire world. But new enemies are making themselves known, threatening to ruin all the progress the school has made, seemingly dedicated to the undoing of all the students and staff members. This only begs one question... is the Mist growing stronger? All Headmaster Mickey knows is this: if something isn't done soon, even his "trained" students and staff will become part of the statistics. He needs new creative minds to join his cause and help unlock the mysteries that lay before us. Invitations are once more being sent out across the globe, asking folks from all different wakes of life to join the Academy and the fight against the mysterious, dark oppressors. And now you hold that very invitation in your hand. What will you do? Accept or wait for the Black Mist to ghost you and your loved ones away? The choice is yours. We are a rather small, slow-medium paced, and comm-based game. We are always on the lookout for new people who would wish to join a Disney-based game and community!
